The day one - Setting out Expectations from the Program


Hi all

It’s nice to have 31 members in this program who are equally enthusiastic and willing to commit some amount of time to achieve spiritual happiness and success in personal and professional life.

Some Info

Foremost, I am no Guru, I am not a religious teacher, I am not here to preach and I am not here to play games. I may be some times wrong on the technicalities or in the religious finer points on discussions or my thoughts process but that is what I feel and what I believe in and they are exclusively my personal opinions. I am not an authority on the subject of spirituality, or religion or philosophy or for that matter any one of the streams of thoughts that I may come across or talk about in this 11 days program. I am here to learn along with all of you. I will be doing the same thing what you will be doing and I will be following exactly what I am telling you to do.

I am also documenting it (the whole interaction so that next time, it can be used much more effectively for others as well as for me). I am also promising that your information will be treated as confidential which you will be sharing with me personally. What you will be posting on the groups on your own or sending the emails to other group members, is something that is for public domain and I don’t have any control over it.

I am asking you to hold this process and the information shared here within your very close friends circle to discuss but not yet to share with others till the time we can collectively think its worth sharing at the end of 11days program. I believe in what I do and that is what I am sharing here. This belief on this process has come from my own experiences of success on personal, spiritual and professional levels.

To begin with let me tell you what I believe in -

I believe that we live in three levels of our existence. First is the environment we live in, second is the body that we have including its all sense perceptions and the third is the inner self. Its like three spheres one within the other. The environment, our outward contacts, interactions that happen in our day to day life is the outer most sphere. The middle one is our physical being where our sense lie probing the outer sphere which forms our experiences and memories. The inner circle is our inner consciousness that is some times called soul, sometimes called inner self and sometimes just plain me.

The outer world is ruled by the supreme consciousness, and the inner world is also part of the same supreme consciousness but separated by the physical body and our ego that envelops it. The senses ruled over by our logical mind governs our physical existence of the body and hence it forms a barrier between the inner self and the outer self (the environment, the whole universe or the whole supreme consciousness) just like a jug of water which is submerged in the sea. The outer shell of the jug becomes the barrier between sea and the water inside the jug. To reach out to the universal soul, what we need to do is to thin out through controlled action this barrier of our body (mainly the ego and the sense perceptions) and we can reach the supreme consciousness and can do things at the grand scale of sea rather than at the small level of water contained in a jug.

This is what we will try to achieve in this 11days program. Reach out to the Sea of success, love or blissful happiness through certain processes that I have experimented with and now trying to document it through this great group.

Everything happens in this world starts with inner consciousness, then it reaches to the sub consciousness, then it forms in the mind as a thought, then it becomes a vibration as we voice that thought and then it gets reinforced with action and finally it gets manifested in the outer world.

If we can control this process and start from the beginning that is from the inner consciousness to sub consciousness to mind and give life of vibration by voicing it within our self (or telling it or shouting it) and finally follow through with action, it’s bound to happen. There is nothing that can stop it from manifesting in the outer world. We just need to work on controlling this process of manifestation from the beginning to the end in the proper sequence and we can achieve almost anything. In this program we will try to achieve this flow and use it to almost everything that we do in our personal, professional or spiritual life.

Now for some action -

I would like you to answer me the following questions
1) What do you expect from this program?
2) What you would like to achieve at the end of 11 days
3) What is your goal of life, what you feel that you are here in this world for?
4) What you would like to do now, if you know that you are going to die tomorrow
5) What spirituality and happiness means to you

Home work

6) You will have to fill one excel sheet that I am sending after this through my gmail account
7) I would like all of you to stop eating meat (You can smoke and drink all you want.) only for the days we are running this program (Please tell me for whom its not possible) The reason to this is that its the most toxic thing that gets into the brain and does not leave the brain in calm frame of mind. I am not telling you to stop it for religious reasons.
8) Make a small corner of your room or any room exclusive for this program clean, free from clutter, should have light not a dark corner. That corner should be kept clean all the time, don't take your slippers shoes or other personal hygiene things. Put whatever picture you like, make a seat for yourself to sit whatever way you want. Place an incense stick stand and a candle stand or a flower pot whatever you like. I will prefer all if possible.


Something to Practice

A) Think deeply over the questions that I have asked and write me an answer once you have thought about it for at least 5 minutes for each so you will have spent 35 minutes in all.

B) Breath Deeply for 5 minutes

C) For 10 minutes, take a flower, or a flickering lamp, or a candle light or just any picture and look deeply in it. Look at it with total concentration, (your mind will jump from one thought to another, but whenever you realize this bring it back to the flower, light or picture.

C) For 10 Minutes listen to the music you love (Try not listening to hard Rock or music which are jarring to ears) Dance if you like but just keep your eyes close.


Please take the attached excel sheet and fill in the relevant columns and send it to me so that I can keep track of your each one’s individual progress and needs.

I am not sure if i am a member of this blog as yet. I've tried but after I signed in, i did not see anything asking if i would like to join. this will work for now, i suppose.
