LOL...the only aspect I have managed to pick up since beginning is the meatcontroversy...

I would really love to know what all of the other aspects that I need to be implementing are! LOL

Having cut meat out of my diet previously altogether, I can only testify as to how profound the difference is..I even got to the point where I could smell dead flesh coming through my pores when meditating..but you are right Shashi, every person's journey is different...I can only speak for myself...and we will all do it at differing stages, rates and in accordance with what rings comfrotably for us..
