Some inputs ....
Hi
Here are some interesting inputs from the various members from the group......

The second day has been interesting - i find the breathing exercises interesting (I feel like I am getting focused and letting go at the same time, in a way...) but I have never done anything like it before and will be glad for a few days at the weekend to practice! I notice that I have trouble focusing when i am meditating....That also goes for finding my stone - I have not been able to go out and look for one today!

What was your experience of the first day practice?
it was so different how each of my senses reacted when i was doing the excersises

Dear Shashi,
I am so excited! My homework has been tailor made for me!
The concept of giving a piece of fruit (or whatever) to someone, especially
a stranger (LOL) is very appealing...I so like to share...and watching
people's reactions at receiving a gift is always pleasant.
Interestingly, I am actually catching up woith friends that I haven't seen
in a long while either..and am REALLY looking forward to it! They have a
beautiful property, 40 acres at the base of the Strezlecki mountain
ranges...very peaceful. I am going there to catch up with a Naturopathic
friend of theirs who works form there. (Time to address my BP from another
angle rather than just adding more tablets as the docs want to do!)

Where were you when you felt happy and what you were doing?
I was sitting on the rug on my bedroom floor, next to my side is a rather big rock that i've had for some time that I like, I placed my hand on top of the rock and felt instantly happy and relaxed.

Did you suddenly felt happy like without reason today.
-Being honest, no.

Hi Shashi
Here are my Day 3 answers. This is indeed a rich and rewarding experience. I dont think I would have otherwise stopped to answer these questions about my life!
The calling bit (Day 2 task) was indeed challenging.. but then once I managed to get past the first hello I realized how easy it was to let go of the unnecessary ego :)
To give you a background, these are my first cousins who live abt 20 mins away from where I stay and I have been deliberately not calling them telling myself that its their duty to call n check with me if I am fine ( I stay alone at Delhi with my kids).
Nevertheless thanks for making it such a simple task - I realized it actually did not matter who called first!
