Have had some amazing fortune over the past few days health wise. Last

weekend I went to visit an amazing Naturopath....he uses a quite unusual

healing technique...today I returned and experienced the most amazing

Kundalini movements...

There is a HUGE amount of healing going on within me..I feel many barriers

and boundaries falling away..and am finding it hard to feel comfortable with

old thinking patterns..especially those relating to limitation as quite

frankly I know I am rapidly outgrowing them....rapidly..rapidly..rapidly...I

haevn't found the solutions I need yet..but I now feel confident they will

come...my trust and faith is increasing daily...



I have stopped eating sugar all together..which is phenomenal for a

sugar-aholic!....and my diet has improved substantially too...my intuition

is sharpening as well..this morning I received an awareness that I would

expereince the kundalini forces in the healing bath on the way there...which

was great...forewarned was forearmed..for sure..a at least this time I

wasn;t terrified as I had been in Peru, when I had no idea what it was and

such strong electricity would course through me.



I am looking forward to continuing the program..

and wished to pay particular mention to how much I enjoyed the exercise wtih

food....of al teh things I love and often gorge on...I chose something quite

strange for me..watermelon..but I must say it was THE MOST AMASINGLYLY

PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE...
